Academy Villas Assisted Living Patios
A very special feature of the Langtry and Vivaldi Villas residences are their spacious and comfortable patios. The patios provide spectacular views, and, in combination with the remarkable architecture and landscaping, create a tranquil and relaxing environment. The Vivaldi Patio
The first, third, fourth and sixth photos focus on the new Vivaldi Villa patio. This patio features a large and sheltered seating area, a water feature, beautiful flowers in a trough designed to encourage gardeners, and a spectacular view of the Rincon Mountains. Individuals and groups of residents will find this a safe, fun, and comfortable place to sit and enjoy life. It is also a great place to take a guest. In fact, it may become a favorite place in the villas.
The last photo focusses on a private patio that is available for five of the rooms/suites. A door from these rooms lead directly onto the patio.
Photos two and five were taken on the Langtry Villa patio. The architecture, landscaping and scenery has provided countless hours of pleasure for residents, alone or socializing with others in the Langtry villas.
